Property Maintenance, Cleaner, Groundsman, Detailing Autos and Boats, Light Handyman work
Work 3 days a week - five hours per day. Some days work will be in Port Charlotte other days in Sarasota. Plan on spending the whole 5 hour day in either location.
$16.00 per hour to start, plus paid $10.00 per day to compensate for transposrtation costs.
The ideal candidate will be kind and eager to work
Must have solid transportation and valid drivers license.
Property Maintenance and Groundsman Duties to include:
Lawn Mowing, irrigation management, brush clean-up, power washing, painting, etc
Cleaning Duties to include :
Power washing, bathrooms, kitchens, floors vacuuming. Grout cleaning, pool deck cleaning, pool cleaning, etc. for 2 single family properties and a lot.
Detailing Duties to Include:
Checking and Cleaning the outside and interior of a truck, cars & boat
Light Handyman Duties to include:
Light household repairs, painting, etc.
Background check is required.
Ideal for Retired self starter, self motivated.
