Currently seeking reliable individual for Outside Grounds/Custodial position in the Venice area. Requires travel between 4 Sarasota County properties between North Port, Englewood, Venice and Sarasota. Duties include: Clean up of all exterior grounds of the complex, including trash, dog stations, breezeways, and parking areas, pressure washing, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, anything to ensure grounds and property looks nice (NO landscaping).
Mon-Fri, 7:30a-4:00p. Pay is $18.00/hr (mileage is offered and paid monthly).
Could start ASAP!
This position is being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a local background check
Must be able to work outside in the heat
