We are seeking a highly skilled and organized litigation paralegal to join our legal team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our attorney in all stages of the litigation process. The position requires someone with a strong background in law and exceptional administrative skills.
Duties include: assist attorney in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions and briefs; organizing and maintaining case files and filing documents; coordinating with clients, witnesses and opposing counsel to schedule interviews, depositions and court appearances; draft correspondence and communicate with clients; assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials; review and summarize discovery materials; assist with document production and e-filing
