Paralegal or Secretary wanted for busy Foreclosure practice. Legal secretary experience required, foreclosure and LPS experience preferred. This is not a remote position. Must send resume with application.
Duties include:
Set motions for hearings
Track status of response times
Draft Discovery responses
Manage litigation files
Upload documents for signature in foreclosure processing systems
Maintain client systems
e-file in E-portal
Set hearings and mediations
