-Manage client and prospective client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintain up-to-date client files with the upmost confidentially, meticulous attention to detail and professionalism;
-Coordinate client meetings, court appearances and other outside appointments;
-Assist CPA in the preparation and filing of various tax related documents;
-Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
