Job Opening: Church Office Administrator

Lakeside Lutheran Church is currently seeking a part-time Church Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions within the church office in an efficient and timely manner. Duties include:
Welcoming and directing office visitors
Assisting the Pastor and ministry leaders with their clerical needs
Manage emails, social media, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Produce and print weekly worship bulletin and monthly newsletter
Purchase supplies and schedule equipment maintenance
Schedule and monitor the use of church facilities and manage files
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office or similar)
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, especially in a church setting
Ability to work in office 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Mon-Thur and 8 am-12 pm Fri
