Office Assistant

We are currently seeking reliable and friendly Office individuals for work opportunities in the Siesta Key area. Positions are temporary and long term. Involves various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office such, answering phones, greeting residents, issuing car fobs, taking maintenance request, and any other task to assist in the office. If you enjoy interacting with people, handling phone calls, and contributing to a positive environment, one of these roles may be perfect for you.

These temporary and temp to hire opportunities are being offered through our staffing agency.

Pay is $18-$20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls using multiline phones.

- Transfer calls efficiently to the relevant departments.

- Responding to emails.

- Perform small receptionist duties, including making coffee for guests in the morning.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and arrangement offices.

- Assist with minor administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, organizing documents).

- Be available for any small tasks or assistance requested by the office manager.

Requirements:

- Most positions are Monday thru Friday

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to handle a steady flow of phone calls

- Neat and professional attire

- Strong organizational skills to keep the office spaces tidy

- Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed
