Looking for office receptionist at Condominium Association
The Office Receptionist is instrumental in maintaining the office of association management office, and managing the day-to-day activities and tasks of the office. The Office Receptionist will provide support and assistance to the Association officers and manager, be knowledgeable about services, and follow all procedures so that owners’ and vendors’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Works MWF - 14hrs per week
Dress: Office Attire
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Data entry to management software
Answering phone calls and daily filing
Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have a positive attitude
Provides clerical support to manager and officers of Condominium
Perform all work and comply with all policies, procedures, standards, and rules of conduct
Provide reports and information as requested by management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Return all telephone calls and emails, both internal and external, within two hours whenever possible and within one business day at the latest.
Answer all incoming calls
Be able to follow directions
Open mail and sort
Scan documents for upload
Customer Service Skills
Return calls in timely manner
