We are an established Property Management Company covering the Charlotte and Sarasota County areas. We are looking for somebody with good market knowledge, used to working with buyers and investors to being them on as property management clients.
You will be provided all systems and training where needed, you should be motivated and enthusiastic to work with our partner real estate agents who bring buyers to the table as well as leads that we supply from our extensive marketing.
Bring on just a several new doors a month, with zero overhead and make a very achievable six figure plus income from the generous commission split we offer.
