Mallard Coins & Collectibles is an established and respected dealer of rare coins, precious metals, and other collectibles. We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Phone Sales Professionals to join our team in North Sarasota. This is a unique opportunity for proven industry veterans to capitalize on a provided flow of qualified leads and existing inventory.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct phone sales to new and existing clients.
Consult with collectors and investors to build their portfolios of numismatic products and precious metals.
Leverage your deep industry knowledge and sales expertise to close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Position Qualifications:
Must have proven, direct phone sales experience in the rare coin and/or precious metals industry.
A strong, motivated work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
Deep knowledge of rare coins, bullion, and market trends is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be a self-starter with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline.
