We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven outside Sales Professional to join our team selling our product line of decorative floor coating systems and garage cabinetry - both residential and commercial. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the sale of floor coatings, and demonstrate exceptional skills in business development, account management, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation with a focus on building lasting relationships. Some leads provided, but cold-calling is a requirement. Compensation is commission based only, paid weekly on executed contracts.
Duties:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
Manage existing accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, updating in our CRM system daily.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience:
Proven experience in outside sales.
Persuasive negotiating skills with a track record as a strong closer.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
