Position Summary
We want an energetic, relationship-driven salesperson to generate and close leads for our services. This role focuses on outbound and inbound leads, quoting, contract negotiation, and turning prospects into long-term customers. Sales experience in construction, home services, or B2C contracting is a big plus.
Core Responsibilities
-Manage incoming leads and perform outbound prospecting (calls, texts, visits).
-Conduct on-site estimates and prepare accurate quotes/proposals.
-Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
-Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting company margins.
-Close sales and follow through with handoff to operations for scheduling.
-Maintain CRM with notes, appointments, and pipeline stages.
-Attend community events and networking opportunities to generate referrals.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
