Skills:
Knowledge in maintenance to include carpentry, electrical, A/C heating and cooling systems, plumbing, painting, cleaning and use of power tools, (pools and irrigation systems where necessary);
Section 608 Technician I and II or Universal EPA license required.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Position requires individuals to furnish their own hand tools
Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and climb ladders
Must be able to speak and write English fluently
