Your New Role as an HVAC Technician
System Diagnostics: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and control systems for peak performance
Service Expertise: Work with chillers, boilers, split systems, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, and fans in commercial and industrial facilities
Project Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, procure materials, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
Mentorship: Mentor junior techs, oversee documentation, and manage time sheets
