#### Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Use hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and compressors.
- Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear communication.
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations through proper forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Adhere to Tri-R Mechanical's quality and safety standards.
- Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities and lifelong learning.
#### Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet)
- Capability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Integrity and commitment to promoting a positive company image
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment

- A background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check will be conducted upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
- Annual potential compensation based on individual performance: $30/hr - $40/hr plus commission and spiffs
