General maintenance person needed - Full Time M-F 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or, may work Tuesday - Saturdays
Join our maintenance team for the operation, maintenance, replacement, and/or repair of the daily, weekly, monthly maintenance duties assigned.
On site person needed for waterfront community
general maintenance knowledge, minor plumbing, irrigation, electrical, painting, minor drywall repairs.
Must have valid driver license, and no felonies as you must be bondable.
Pool Operator License beneficial and if you need the course it paid by company
This is a year round position with a stable community
