Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service/Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the installation and service operations of our water treatment systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of technicians in the installation and servicing of residential water treatment systems.
Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in service management, specifically in the water treatment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
