Ichabod's Dockside is looking for prep cooks.
Shifts run:
12am- 6am or
5am-11am
Job duties include but not limited to
12am-6am Shift:
Following recipes, general kitchen prep, Knife skills, ability to stay on task, clean.
5am-11am Shift:
Checking in orders, general kitchen prep, cutting fish, following recipes, knife work, organizing walk-in and dry storage.
Both positions:
Looking for full time and part time. Must be able to self-manage and have reliable transportation to and from work.
must have at least 2 years restaurant experience.
Pay rate 16-19hr based on experience and capabilities.
