The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled building maintenance and repair work with limited supervision. This includes indoor and outdoor work. Building Maintenance Technicians possess a diverse skill set that ensures facilities remain in top condition. Also responsible for keeping the community grounds picked up and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor
The ideal candidate will have professional work experience with a variety of semi-skilled building maintenance and repair work. The opportunity to grow into other positions is available. Great pay with increases along the way.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am until 5 pm. No nights or weekends ever.
After 90 days, we provide uniforms at our expense and we provide all tools necessary for a structured and professional environment.
