We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient scheduling and meetings while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines while providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, both in-house and externally.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff.
- Oversee staff management, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform regular checks and balances.
- Complete weekly and monthly tasks as assigned.
- Handle outside meetings and errands as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Management Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
