Reputable real estate company focusing on acquiring, owning, and managing income properties is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic inspections of the properties
Prepare and negotiate letter of intents and leases
Investigate, respond and resolve tenant complaints
Prepare and maintain tenant lease files, records, and correspondences
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Bi-lingual , not required but preferred
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
QuickBooks familiarity
Self-motivated team member willing to work in a close-knit environment
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
