WEEKLY PAY - LONG-TERM - TEMP-TO-HIRE!
PAY: $28-$30/hour (based on experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8 to 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40-50 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Paint/Loading Lead to oversee operations in our structural steel painting and loading departments. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and keeping production on schedule. Your ability to manage day-to-day operations, train team members, and enforce AISC specifications will be essential to maintaining the high standards we are known for.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support team members in the paint and loading departments.
Manage daily workflows to ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and AISC standards.
Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate shipping and loading schedules with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics.
Assist with corrective action plans and performance management for departmental staff.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in structural steel painting and/or loading.
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of AISC painting standards and QA/QC procedures.
Familiarity with production software such as EPMgo (preferred).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to a safety-first work environment and a team-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
