We are seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to support our expanding property management and development portfolio in Brevard County. This role begins part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, dependable professional who holds the required Florida HVAC license and is ready to grow with an established company managing both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple commercial and residential properties
Install and service HVAC systems in compliance with Florida building codes
Diagnose issues and provide clear recommendations for repair or replacement
Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings to management
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with facility and property maintenance based on skillset (preferred but not required)
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Required Qualifications
Valid Florida HVAC License
EPA 608 Certification
3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Strong understanding of Florida mechanical code and permitting requirements
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable, presentable transportation
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently
Must have a basic tool set; specialty equipment provided
Preferred Skills
Experience with light electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance
Commercial HVAC experience
Ductwork, controls, or refrigeration experience
Ability to interface professionally with tenants and property owners
