Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in office environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient in the use of a variety of computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Computer hardware and software technical knowledge with general troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and client communication.
Create and manage multiple calendars in Google Calendar.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor social media trends and engage with the community online.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
