Answering phone calls using a multi line phone system and directing them to the correct person, filing and scheduling appointments.
Track the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Enter & maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger.
Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts.
