Job Description

QuickBooks Data entry, client invoicing / billings, bank reconciliations, preparing quarterly payroll tax forms. Office duties would include customer service, answering phone calls, filing, and scanning client records. Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision and following workflows that are already in place (online workflows, offline workflows).

Experience

Experience of 2+ years in accounting and/or administrative work.

Must be organized, detail oriented, familiar with Excel, Word, Adobe pdf, DocuSign, Google Tasks, Google Calendar.

Having an active PTIN is a big plus, but not a requirement.

Enrolled Agent owned and operated Clearwater Tax Preparation and Tax Resolution Agency seeking an experienced bookkeeper and Office Assistant to work Monday-Friday 10am-4pm

Starting at $15 an hour, hourly wages will be reviewed based on performance, and credentials.
