Must have an understanding of, construction contracts, NTO's, Liens, Releases and the process.
Must be experienced in QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel, doing reconciliation, AR/AP, full cycle bookkeeping, completing G702/G703 payment applications, making vendor payments, assistance with collecting accounts receivable invoices, tracking T-Sheets for hourly employees, to run the daily financial needs of the company. Notary a must or able to obtain quickly.
Experienced in HVAC construction accounting a plus.
Pro-Core knowledge is a plus.
Bi-Lingual a plus.
College a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Day-to-day financial transaction, sales receipts and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Discuss with CPA to prepare and file Sales Tax returns
- Manage accounts A/R, work with employees, vendors and subcontractors
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall operation
- Provide support during any audits or financial reviews
- Process and maintain payroll on a weekly basis
