Start with phone calls, greet customers, write simple repair orders, building up to full-cycle advising.
This role is responsible for serving the customer through assessing their needs, recommending appropriate services, performing entry-level vehicle services. In this role you will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.
Individuals will assist the manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support the business. Store operations, opening/closing and flex between front/back shop tasks in an "as needed basis". It implies a flexible approach where action is taken only when a specific requirement or deficiency arises.
This position consists of growth and career development, training to become a service advisor / service writer / service receptionist and writer to assistant.
