Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Logistics Specialist at RedFoxDelivery.com. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, including coordinating with restaurants, drivers, and customers. They will handle order tracking, resolve any delivery issues, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires both on-site work in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and the ability to work remotely.

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
Analytical skills to track and analyze delivery data for optimization
Customer service mindset to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Experience in supply chain management for efficient delivery operations
Knowledge of export regulations and processes for international deliveries
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the food service industry or logistics is a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30pm-10pm, in November or December this role will go full time of hours likely but not guaranteed 3pm-11pm
Starting hourly rate is $20
