Are you technically inclined and able to troubleshoot?

Teknatool USA is looking for a customer service representatives to work in our Clearwater office to help our customers work through various questions about their machines and the products we sell as well as take service orders.

This is NOT a cookie cutter customer service role. We work hard but are rewarded with a four, eight hour a day work week and paid for five! No gimmick! We believe in a strong work/life balance here and are committed to our employees.

We are a rapidly growing international company looking to find the someone that is eager to learn about our products, highly motivated and extremely organized. We are ultimately looking for the right person to grow with our ever-expanding company.

Qualifications and Skills

· At least 3 years of Customer Service Experience

· At least 2 years’ experience with Helpdesk or similar software platforms preferred

· Ability and desire to handle incoming and outbound customer phone calls

· Great Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail

· Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Technical and/or trouble-shooting experience strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20 per hour ($25 when factoring in the four days, paid for 5)
