Customer Service Rep

Job description

Looking for a good customer service representive. This is a very busy store. You will handle all inbound emails, phone calls, and customers that walk in.

Every day:

You will follow up with everyone who has contacted you about printing via email and phone.

You will be giving quotes to all requests by email.

You will be assisting customers that walk into the store, whether placing orders or picking up their orders.

You will be doing quality control check on products that are made in house and calling customers to pick up.

You will be doing some ordering from outside vendors and getting quotes from them also.

You will be following up on A/R.

You will be following up on all estimates.

Must be a team player and able to communicate well with others.

Must be well organized and not require the need of micromanagement.

Must be upbeat, friendly, and take pride in what you do.

Experience in the Sign Industry would be helpful in order to quote properly, as to training is limited due to the volume of business in this store. But would consider if the person is knowledgeable, fast learner, and has a good personality. Must be a team player. Only serious applicants need to apply.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
