Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a person that is ready to join our team! The open position is a customer service representative.
The position hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm. We are looking for someone with current automotive knowledge and a passion for cars. The position does require that you are familiar with cars and their parts. The company is an eCommerce based business that sells used and new parts for MINI Coopers. The customer service representative would be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with customers through phone calls, live chats, text message, social media and emails.
- Taking orders on the phone and in person.
- Creating listings for parts and posting to our sales channels.
