Responsibilities:

-Emails/Customer Communication

-Provide prompt, courteous, and thorough responses to customer inquiries via email and social media.

-Utilize and customize stock email templates to address common customer questions or issues.

-Draft original responses for unique or complex customer situations.

-Prioritize and resolve customer emails efficiently based on urgency and context.

-Process order changes and create new customer invoices accurately and swiftly.

-Create new customer invoices accurately.

-Coordinate with payment and shipping providers (PayPal, USPS, UPS, FedEx) to resolve issues or obtain additional information.

-Monitor and engage with customer inquiries and interactions on company social media platforms.

-Follow the daily structure, schedule, and priorities outlined in the Customer Service Daily Checklist.

Fulfillment

-Assist in shipping out customer orders.

-Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to expedite orders, manage changes, and handle returns/exchanges.

-Support order printing and expedite processes.

-Prepare shipping quotes for both small and large domestic and international orders.

-Assist with preparation work for product production as needed.

Requirements:

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

-Previous experience in customer service, help desk support, technical support, sales, or related fields.

-Proficiency in navigating multiple online interfaces and systems.

-Ability to manage tasks in a time-sensitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.

-Receptive to constructive feedback on writing style, focus, and soft skills during training.

-Ability to learn, retain, and effectively use information about our product lines, store policies, and knowledge base.

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with both on-site and remote supervisors through chat, phone, video calls, and task management software.

-Experience in responding to social media comments and messages.

-Proactive in identifying and addressing recurring customer themes or complaints, and escalating issues as necessary.

-Ability to maintain and cultivate relationships with content partners, influencers, and platform managers to enhance partnership opportunities.

-Monitor and engage with active social media followers to foster brand advocacy.

-Assist in the creation and management of promotional content on social media platforms, including ads and posts.

Job Type: Full-time

-Pay: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience

-Hours: 40 hours per week

-Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours (1-2 hours max) for social media engagement (Instagram Stories & TikTok Reposts).

-Location: Largo / Seminole / Pinellas Park (near St. Petersburg & Clearwater)

Preferred Experience:

-Customer-facing roles (minimum 1-2 years)

-eCommerce, customer service, help desk, or technical support

-Social media content creation and engagement

-Experience with Amazon Selling and TikTok Shops

-Basic graphic design skills (a plus)
