Customer Service Representative – Part-Time (B2B Wholesalers)
I have a very small company, in business since 1998. We sell organic licorice extract and licorice candy under our brand name ZOT Organic, mainly to the Health Food Market and high-end Grocery Stores across the USA.
I am seeking a friendly and reliable part-time customer service representative to help me take care of our wholesale customers and prospects. This is an independent role where you will work directly with me and our other employee in the company.
JOB DETAILS:
- Call and follow up with wholesale (B2B) customers from our database
- Send follow-up emails as needed
- Keep our HubSpot CRM database updated
- Work independently after training
- Part-time: 5–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
REQUIREMENTS:
Clear, professional, and friendly phone manner
Helpful, easy-to-reach attitude
Previous phone experience preferred
Length of stay in past jobs is a plus
CRM database experience is a plus
Spanish language is a plus
All job offers are contingent upon passing a background check
PAY & BENEFITS
- $14.00/hour (base pay)
- Commissions available once minimum sales targets are reached
- Bonus for new customers brought in
