As a Ticket Scanner, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for the entire fair experience, ensuring every visitor begins their journey with a smile. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for greeting guests of the Florida State Fair.
-Screening and scanning of admission tickets and credentials.
-First point of contact with customers to offer a friendly experience.
-Other additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
-High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service a plus.
-Must be able to work during the 2025 Florida State Fair February 6th-17th 2025.
-Opportunity to work may be available during the 2025 Super RV Show January 15th-19th.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Excellent people skills with a pleasant attitude.
-Able to accommodate various personalities from all walks of life
-Must be able to work a consistent schedule during the 12 days of the Fair
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to stand for extended period of time. The duties of this position are performed primarily outdoors. Exposure to the rain, heat, humidity, cold etc. is possible.
