I'm a civil & architectural designer who has more work than I can handle. I'm a freelance designer who works with several small local GC's. I want to be able to hand off most if not all the architectural work so I can focus on the civil/site work. I'm looking for an experienced architectural drafter (CAD Tech) who is familiar with local & state codes who also has their own AutoCAD. This is great side work if you're interested in making side money.
Looking for someone local (Tampa Bay) because site visits are often necessary.
