Stat Team, Inc. is a nation-wide staffing agency seeking reliable, professional, bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) staff to administer surveys to riders on PSTA from August 14 - 20, 2024.
POSITION TITLE: Surveyor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Surveyors will conduct a brief survey with riders to gather data regarding their transit use and additional demographic data. Most survey questions are multiple choice. The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Data will be collected using a tablet (provided by the client).
REPORT LOCATIONS: Various bus stations in the PSTA area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Must be bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish).
Must be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with strangers (Bus Passengers).
Must be a regular user of smart phones/tablets.
Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving vehicle for up to 8 hours.
Must be able to provide valid ID to fulfil I-9 requirements.
MANDATORY PAID TRAINING: Wednesday, August 14, 2024 – 9:00 AM-10:30 AM (followed by surveying from 11:00am-4:00pm)
SCHEDULE:
Wednesday August 14th
Training: 9am – 10:30am
Surveying: 11am – 5pm
Thursday August 15th
Surveying: 1:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday August 16th
Surveying: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday August 17th
Surveying: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday August 18th
Surveying: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Monday August 19th
Surveying: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday August 20th

Staff should be available to work all shifts.
PAY: Pay is $25.00 per hour. We pay weekly via direct deposit (W-2 position).
