Description Are you a "jack of all trades" IT professional, looking for a remote role, and local to Tampa? Must be skilled in level 2/3 help desk support, data analysis, lite report writing, and CRM Administration? If so, we have the perfect role for you with our Tampa client in the service industry. This role will be FULLY REMOTE but will require local Tampa Bay area residency in case of in-office meetings and issues arise. In this role you'll be working with our client's MSP in day to day tech support and working to customize some data within their industry specific, out of a can CRM software suite. Institute protocols for the use of IT across functional areas. Maintain and update system and user documentation. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements as needed.Install and configure software and hardware. Provide technical support, deployment, configuration, installation and administration of computers and systems (POS, ERP, CRM, website, etc.). Provide training as needed.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software company wide. Support remote and hybrid schedules.Develop and maintain relationships with multiple third-party IT vendors and service providers to leverage bandwidth. Act as the link between higher-level support, collaborate with other professional, and ensure compliance with IT standards and functionality.Create and generate reports delivered to users for efficient decision-making to positively impact our sales strategies.Ensure the consistency and maintenance of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for technical solutions.Microsoft Office, MS Windows, Android and iOS support.Requirements 3+ years of experience in an information technology role.At least a level 2 ability in tech support with basic network troubleshooting talent Descent grasp of data knowledge and reporting in order to serve our client's need for CRM customization effortsTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
