Description:The Sr. CyberArk Engineer/SME is responsible for implementing, coordinating, migrating, and onboarding all aspects and phases of the CyberArk’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) on-prem and privilege cloud solution rollout, and CyberArk operational tasks. As part of the broader Infrastructure Operations & Security organization, this role will participate in a multidisciplinary information security team, applying fundamental systems security understanding, skills, expertise, and experience to maintain and operate complex information systems and security tools that satisfy organizational mission and/or business requirements, including stakeholder protection needs and security requirements. Excellent knowledge in IAM & PAM ecosystem (technology, standards, implementations, migration, and operational) Technical engineering lead for the privileged access management program, specifically familiar with CyberArk solutions (i.e., Core Privileged Access Security, Endpoint Privilege Manager Application Access Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics, etc.), offering subject matter expertise where relevant. Onboard and offboard users, store service accounts and password rotations Drives privileged access management initiatives to improve our broader security posture, demonstrated by metrics Owns the configuration, administration, and maintenance of CyberArk solution, including both the infrastructure as well as the application itself Strong experience in installing, upgrading, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting experience with CyberArk AAM (CCP, CP, ASCP), EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, HTML5 Gateway, PSMP, PTA etc. (with various versions) Strong experience in DNA, Discovery scan and automate account onboarding process Knowledge in various application integration with CyberArk through CPM custom plugin Good to have an experience in creating run books and policy documents, etc. General management of credentials, including those that are interactive, non-interactive, API-based, etc. Engages in continuous tool improvement, process improvement and quality control Owns the relevant documentation and training required for privileged access management solutions and processes, including assist in developing policies and control standards. Defines and delivers relevant policies, platforms, safes, users to meet business requirements Reports progress and system health through metrics and KPIs that are risk-driven and/or operational in nature Addresses ticket queue in timely fashion and follows appropriate change management procedures Understands risk and communicates clearly and concisely Effectively communicates issues/risks, options, pros/cons, and recommendations to drive change and overcome obstacles Make recommendations for enhancing systems security and processes Keep up on current security technologies and maintain awareness of industry trends and threats, and industry best practices, providing input focusing on IAM/PAM technologies.Qualifications/Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading enterprise-wide privileged access management technology solution adoption across medium-to-large scale companies 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk (prefer 5-7 years or more) Must have experience with CyberArk Cloud Platform, EPM, LCD (CyberArk SaaS Cloud Base) Experience 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Experience of Thycotic Secret Server, privilege manage, and connection server 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer at a medium-to-large scale company, preferably Financial Services Experience with password repository technologies and remote session governance, specifically with the policies that govern target system platforms. Must be flexible to work west coast hours Education / Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field of study. Security industry certification but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+.
