Create and maintain test plans
Analyze and interpret design specifications, business requirements and apply information to the testing process
Create and document test cases/test scripts
Participate in daily scrum meetings
Minimum education qualification
A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems
Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation
Experience gathering requirements
Experience writing test scripts and test planning
Experience using testing tools ( HP Quality Center, Rational, MS, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Experience in Java/C# development experience is preferred
Automation or Performance Test a plus
Test Lead experience a plus
