Description:
The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained to health code standards. The dishwasher works closely with the kitchen team to support overall efficiency and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Sweep and scrub floors.
Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Clean garbage cans with water or steam.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work well within a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
