RockStar Donuts is seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our team. We specialize in freshly made donuts and hot breakfast options, and we're looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food to our customers. The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of breakfast dishes, including sandwiches, eggs, bacon, and other items, ensuring that every order meets our standards for taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, and other grilled menu items according to our recipes and standards.
Grill Operation: Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and cleaned regularly.
Order Accuracy: Follow customer orders and recipe instructions accurately to ensure each meal is prepared to customer specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality by tasting and visually inspecting items for freshness and proper preparation.
Time Management: Ensure timely preparation of food, managing multiple orders simultaneously to meet customer demand during peak hours.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, following all health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Assist with the stocking and replenishing of ingredients and supplies, notifying the manager of any shortages.
Customer Service: Interact with customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their dining experience.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to operate grill equipment and kitchen appliances.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
