We are currently seeking respite care for an 18 year old young man in the St. Petersburg area. He is ambulatory and continent and able to verbalize some thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Client lives in a family home with his father. He attends the extended transition program at the Gibbs High School. He begins BA therapy soon. Client loves to be active in the community. He enjoys gardening, swimming, dining out, watching TV, parks, and the YMCA.
His father works and needs support between the hours of 1:30-6 Monday, through Friday. He will have an average of 23 weekly hours.
Must have reliable transportation
