Position Overview
We are seeking a Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Brandon, Florida. This role is central to our mission—coordinating the movement of critical medical teams, aircraft, and ground units to ensure seamless operations.
As a Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator, you will be the key link between our clients, drivers, pilots, and medical professionals. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch of ground and air transport services
Act as the primary point of communication for drivers, pilots, and medical teams
Monitor ongoing trips to ensure timeliness and compliance with safety protocols
Accurately log and document transportation activities
Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve to keep missions on track
Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
Qualifications
Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or emergency operations preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling and GPS/dispatch software
Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of making quick, sound decisions
