We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist someone outgoing and full of energy.
This job opportunity may require traveling between our 5 offices.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
Experience is preferred but not required, we will train on the job.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be a quick learner and able to work well with others.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in composure, diplomacy, and the ability to interact with a diverse patient population.
Charting and clerical work necessary to prepare for patient appointments.
Perform triage with patient phone calls to identify emergent and non-emergent situations.
Manage patient flow to ensure proper scheduling and treatment.
Address/resolve all voicemail calls before leaving clinic at the end of the day.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor and Physician.
Must present themselves in a professional manner of dress and behavior.
