Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Accurately weigh and/or measure various types of ingredients.

Mix ingredients in the correct order and proportions according to specifications.

Monitor and maintain control over key variables such as time, temperature, pressure, color, and weight.

Operate blending, filtration, and drying equipment safely and effectively.

Record information on batch sheets, logbooks, or other required documentation.

Fill containers—such as drums, buckets, or cans—with finished product as needed.

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Assist supervisors by troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Use Vantage software to track and manage inventory.

Language Skills

Ability to read and understand basic instructions, memos, and quality documentation.

Capable of writing simple correspondence.

Able to clearly communicate in one-on-one or small group settings.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with up to two significant digits.

Apply math skills to measurements involving weight, volume, area, and length.

Reasoning Ability

Apply practical judgment to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.

Solve routine problems involving a limited number of defined variables.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling, speak, and listen.

Occasionally required to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Must frequently lift and/or move items over 100 pounds.

Specific vision requirements include close vision.

This role requires the use of a full-face respirator. Employees must comply with the TSE Respiratory Protection Program and OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.134.

Individuals with facial hair or physical conditions that interfere with the respirator seal (such as beards, certain facial features, dental issues, or facial jewelry) are not eligible for this position.
