To that end, we are seeking associates with high potential who have a desire to work hard, keep our surrounding areas free of junk and clutter, enjoy the benefits of outside work with great people AND have an opportunity to find treasure.
This is not the job to collect a check for minimal effort. This is hard work with hard working people.
Junk Punks is seeking the following positions:
- Driver/General Labor - In charge of driving company vehicles, checklists, general labor.
- Crew Navigator - In charge of calling clients, maps, communication with dispatch, general labor.
You must:
- Hold a valid Florida driver’s license
- Be ready to work with a great group of highly-motivated people
- Bring a smile to work each day
- Show up on time to work every day (no lenience)
- Be able to lift 100 lbs. with regularity for the entire shift
- Be ready to work outdoors
- Be ready to work weekend shifts
- Be experienced with safe handling of power tools (sawzall) or be willing to be trained
- Be ready to find treasure
- NO FELONIES OR ALCOHOL RELATED INCIDENTS (all applicants will undergo a background check before being hired)
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A JUNK REMOVAL REQUIRED
Pay: $18-$28/hr base pay: $15/h base pay + commission structure based on how your crew performs ($20-200 daily) + all tips earned (credit card reader with tip screen and cash tips)

Position specifics:
- Each shift day begins in Pinellas Park at 7:30am to meet with the crew, morning meeting, sales roleplay, objectives, and get the day’s assignment. You will head to the first job site in your Junk Punks uniform
- You will remove items from clients homes/businesses and dispose of all items via: donation, Landfills or recycling centers.
- Days are long, 10-12 hour days (We work until 6-7pm, if you have other responsibilities before that time on work days, this is not the job for you.
