Duties include the following but not limited to:
Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuums hallways, in clubhouse / sunroom building, including bathroom and showers.
Empties trash containers, daily.
Grounds pick up trash around the community
Issue Parking Violations
Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting and other related maintenance activities.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting.
Provides on call emergency assistance
Takes immediate action on any safety issues within the facility to endure resident and staff safety.
Assists the Association Manager with implementing and enforcing safety and fire policies and procedures by conducting safety inspections and fire drills. Assists with staff training as needed.
Completes work orders as required and assigned.
May be required to work outside normal work hours in emergency or on-call situations.
Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain regular work attendance.
Personally, demonstrates and avidly encourages a continuous improvement culture within the maintenance team by actively participating in continuous improvement processes and projects and by completing assigned projects on time and with high-quality results.
Recommended but not required.Light Drywall Repairs &/or Provides routine maintenance of irrigation system including cleaning and adjusting sprinkler heads, setting timers and other repairs to keep landscaped areas irrigated.
Perform other duties as assigned by Association Manager.
