Part-time maintenance person needed for 55+ community. General labor includes pressure washing, planting garden beds and maintaining them, minor plumbing, maintaining trail, pool, and lake areas, emptying trash, maintaining water tank and sewer plant areas, maintaining pickleball / bocce / shuffleboard courts, maintaining park buildings inside and out as needed.
Any other job assigned as necessary.
Applicant will be trained to dispense propane.
