ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
Property maintenance to include, but not limited to, grounds keeping, custodial duties, minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair (change light bulbs, toilet tank floats, etc.), pool maintenance, pest control, landscaping (mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, etc.).
Assist with one-off projects such as painting interior and exterior of buildings, dock repair, dock box cleaning, other duties as required.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Primarily outside/physical work exposed to all weather conditions.
Campus consists of two docks, two marina buildings, one trailer and storage unit area, one workshop and two small office rental buildings.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES
Must have valid driver license, personal transportation, cell phone.
Mechanically inclined. Operate a variety of power and lawn tools. Basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry skills.
Requires extensive standing, walking, getting on and off boats of varying sizes and types, etc.
Lifting and movement of heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
PART TIME - Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 9am-4pm. 7 hours per day
